history of ovarian cancer.
COMPARISON:
The present examination has been compared to prior imaging studies performed at Orange Coast Women's Medical Group on 04/13/2016, and at Saddleback on 12/11/2012, 12/18/2013 and 03/23/2015.
TECHNIQUE:
Digital mammographic images were obtained using a Hologic Dimensions mammographic system. Views obtained: bilateral craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique.
MAMMOGRAM FINDINGS:
The breasts are heterogeneously dense, which may obscure small masses.
There are no suspicious masses, malignant type microcalcifications or areas of unexplained architectural distortion. There has been no significant interval change.
There is no mammographic evidence of malignancy.
Suggest this patient return for her routine annual screening mammogram in 1 year.
ACR BI-RADS Category 1 - Negative.
Life-time breast cancer risk (Modified v8 Tyrer-Cuzick/IBIS)*: 21.0\% (Greater than 20-25\% is considered increased)
[*Note that this risk estimate may vary from those provided on reports prior to 10/31/2019, which were based on version 7 of the Tyrer-Cuzick/IBIS risk model. Version 8 newly incorporates breast density into the risk assessment. The modified IBIS risk
estimate may be higher or lower than a formal IBIS estimate, depending upon the patient's history.]
